Why choose Oneida Healthcare Emergency Services?
We're working hard to reduce door-to-doctor times and improve patient satisfaction. Our kind, courteous staff strives to make you comfortable and reduce the length of your stay.
Our facilities are newly renovated with television and a kids' corner available to make your wait times more comfortable. Our emergency services department has 13 exam rooms to accommodate a large number of patients.
Patients who visit Oneida Emergency Services can count on there being at least one doctor on hand at all times available to see them and a doctor on call 24-hours for pediatric, surgery, internal medicine, family practice, cardiology and OB/GYN coverage. Our emergency room employs nurses who are trained in emergency care and who are certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, so you receive the highest level of care. The Oneida ER is also home to several SANE-certified nurses who are specially trained to help victims of sexual assault.
Our emergency department is managed by Team Health. This support provides invaluable benefits to our patients because Team Health has the resources to make our emergency room more efficient and to raise our standards of care.
